Your tasks:
- Maintain and continuously improve our central Sales Playbook, covering everything from ICPs and messaging to discovery frameworks and commissions.
- Re-work and implement the onboarding journey for new BDRs, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to get them to productivity faster.
- Support the development and implementation of regional sales enablement programs, and customize content to support our local market needs in Germany and Europe-wide.
- Transform abstract strategies info into clear, visual, and well-structured sales assets using Google Slides, Notion and other tools.
- Overlook our ROI calculators and business case templates while ensuring high data accuracy and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- You will work closely with our RevOps Manager, CRO, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to refine our messaging, build feedback loops, and improve overall process efficiency.
